Description
I hadn't done much in Photoshop for a while, so I made some elements in Flash and played around; this is the result.
My previous Skyline work is used in here, along with Hawksmont's Grunge brushes, ShiftyJ's Arcade brushes, and Ron Deviney's Sci-Fi Flares and Elements brushes.
